... well dang there are not that many numbers even in infinity!!!!
2009
As
a mother I know I would do anything and I would even die for my
children, but as i was on the elliptical today I had a thought.. how
many of us live for our children? How many of us go out of the way to
make sure that we will be here when our children need us for as long as
they will need us which in my mind is forever!! I made a choice in 2009
to become a healthier person as I became a Grandmother that year, I
stopped some bad habits, such as smoking cigarettes, drinking sodas and
consuming so much alcohol. I stopped putting salt in my food as i cooked
it, cut our pork and beef, started eating as much "Raw" food as I could fit into my diet, cut out processed foods as much as possible, stopped eating high
fructose corn syrup and deleted hydrogenated oils from my diet. I
started measuring my sugar intake and went to work on my weight and self
-esteem. with the help of my daughter Eden Riddlespur and the support of my son Josh Riddlespur
even after a horrible bicycle accident a few months ago, I have to say I
am in the best shape of my life.. I am so happy I chose to live for my
children so that if they need an ear to listen or a hand to hold or an
arm to go around them I think I will be here for them, if they need a
kidney or some blood, I got them.. and when it comes time for me to get
the diseases and such that come with age, I feel I will avoid the most
part because I chose to care about it before It was to late.. I ONLY
HOPE YOU LOVE YOUR CHILDREN ENOUGH TO DO THE SAME.. ITS NEVER TO LATE TO
BE HEALTHY AND SHOW YOUR KIDS HOW MUCH YOU CARE AND MAYBE JUST MAYBE
OBESITY WILL BE AN UGLY EXTINCT WORD SOMEDAY!!!!!
