Banana Bread Recipe from Smyrna Patch

Banana Bread

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups flour

3/4  teaspoon baking soda

1/4  teaspoon salt

1 cup sugar( i will use brown sugar)

2 eggs lightly beaten

3/4 cup canola oil( i will use olive oil)

3 tablespoons sour cream( i will use yogurt)

2-3 ripe bananas mashed

1/2 cup pecans (optional)

Preparation:

1. Grease loaf or 6-cup Bundt pan.

2. Mix flour, soda, and salt.

3. Add the rest of the ingredients, and stir until blended.

4. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes.

5. Let cool 15 minutes.
